Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind PureBeauty is a growing business that values client relationships.
For all clients, I kindly ask you to provide me with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointments cancellations and or rescheduling. less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service cost. No call/no show: 100% of the service cost ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We require a card on file to reserve the appointment, to enforce this. By providing that you are agreeing to those terms. If you NO SHOW nor Call, you will NOT be able to book any monthly specials, participate in any giveaways, or book any weekend appointments with PureBeauty until we rebuild the trust back.
